Prize Draw Terms & Conditions for the 10-year anniversary of Rohde & Schwarz oscilloscopes

1. The Prize Draw for the 10-year anniversary of Rohde & Schwarz oscilloscopes (referred to as the "Draw") is organized by Rohde & Schwarz GmbH & Co. KG, located at Mühldorfstraße 15, 81671 Munich, Germany, with contact number +49 89 41 29 0 (referred to as "R&S").

2. Registration for the Draw is open to all participants between January 1, 2020, and December 31, 2020. Participants must provide their name, company name, and business e-mail to participate.

3. Participation is free of charge and does not require the purchase of goods or services.

4. The Draw is only open to legal entities, and only legal entities are eligible to win the prizes. Individual participants cannot participate under their own name and account, but must represent a legal entity by filling out the participation form on behalf of the entity.

5. The prizes to be won are 1 of the 10 R&S®RTB2000 Digital Oscilloscopes, available from January 1, 2020, to December 31, 2020.

Prize: 1x R&S®RTB2000 Digital Oscilloscope

6. The Draw will take place at the Rohde & Schwarz headquarters, located at Muehldorstrasse 15, 81671 Munich. The winners will be notified via e-mail within 5 working days.

7. If the authorized representative of the legal entity does not accept the price or does not respond within two (2) weeks, a new winner will be selected. If no winner can be determined within four (4) weeks, the draw will end and the prize will be forfeited.

8. Employees of R&S, their family members, and individuals familiar with the draw process and their family members are not allowed to fill out the participation form.

9. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. They are also non-transferable. All taxes, fees, and charges imposed by the participant's country are the responsibility of the participant.

10. Personal data will only be used for the purpose of this draw and will be deleted four (4) weeks after the draw, unless otherwise agreed.

11. R&S has the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions. In such cases, prizes may be retrospectively withdrawn. If a prize is withdrawn due to non-compliance, the respective participant must return it at their own expense to R&S' address mentioned in Nr.1, and a new winner will be selected.

12. Participants are not entitled to claim the prizes of this draw, and no legal action can be taken in this regard.

The draw and any contractual relationship that arises between R&S and the participant will be regulated and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Germany. There shall be no resort to the conflict of laws. In the event of any disputes arising directly or indirectly from participation in this Competition, the courts of Munich, Germany, will have exclusive jurisdiction.
